Position : Group General Manager.

  • Reports to the Managing Director.
  • Responsible for overseeing the general operations of the organization, ensuring that the organization activities meets the organizational goals, remains profitable, and operates efficiently.
  • Have leadership and decision-making capabilities with strong financial and business acumen.
  • Poses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Proficient in business management software and tools like the Enterprise Resource Planning EPM.
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics reviews and actions.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Should have relevant qualification and experience in Accounts and Financial Management (Graduate in Accountancy and relevant Postgraduate courses).
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.
    Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals, objectives and targets.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Provide leadership and direction to department heads and all staffs.
  2. Operations Management
    • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
    • Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.
    • Monitor and improve performance, productivity, and profitability.
  3. Financial Oversight
    • Develop, manage, and oversee budgets.
    • Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance metrics.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  4. Team Management
    • Coordinate Recruitment, training , and ensure retainment of talented employees.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
    • Foster a positive work culture and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  5. Customer Relations
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
    • Address customer complaints and implement solutions to improve experiences.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Market Analysis and Business Development.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
    • Lead initiatives to introduce new products, services, or business models.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure the company complies with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
    • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Position:-  Group Manager HR and Admin

  • Reports to the Managing Director/ Management.
  • Responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management activities of the company.
  • Ensure smooth office operations in terms of personnel engagement, welfare and service delivery, functional office appliances and consumables, general office purchase and maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with the various departments of the office to ensure their operation requirements are available.
  • In charge of the company assets and store inventory.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Should have relevant qualification and experience in Admin and HR Management (Graduate in Administration or other relevant courses).
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.
     
    Position – Group Manager Finance/Accounts.
  • Reports to the Managing Director/ Management
  • In charge of office Finance and Accounts activities.
  • Coordinate company accounting records and activities with monthly report to management.
  • Coordinate and monitor quotations, invoice and payment activities with clients, partners and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and monitor with proper records all bank transactions.
  • Coordinate all company accounts documentation and files.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Should have relevant qualification and experience in Accounts and Financial Management (Graduate in Accountancy and relevant Postgraduate courses).
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.
     
    Position: – Business Development Executive.
  • Reports to the Group General Manager/ Management.
  • Coordinate all Business Development activities of the company.
  • Coordinate all company relationships with Clients and Partners and Subcontractors to ensure the relationships are cordial and up to date.
  • Develop new business opportunities for the company, follow up regularly with clients and be up to date with all client contacts and request.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Should have relevant qualification and experience in Business Development and Customer Relations Management activities.      
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.
     
    Position: – Technical/ Office Assistant
  • Reports to the Group General Manager.
  • Carry out functions as delegated Managing Director.
  • Provide Technical Support to the Managing Director.
  • Receive company visitors and coordinate their visit activity.
  • Assist with office operation and files documentation.
  • Coordinate general welfare of the office.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Should have relevant qualification in Office Administration Services.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.

Position: Programs, Research and Strategy Officer.

  • Reports to the Group General Manager.
  • Carry out functions as delegated Managing Director.
  • Provide Technical Support to the Managing Director
  • Coordinate and implement Programs, Research and Strategy activities with a credible analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research and strategy with overall business and program objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Coordinate strategic concept review sessions and ideation processes.
  • Filter client meeting inputs and monitor performance and outcomes.
  • Carry out other functions as delegated by company management.
  • Must be a graduate with minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant course from a recognised university.
  • Work experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to achieve 95% in monthly Key Performance Index assessment.
