MINISTRY OF INTERIOR ANNOUNCES RECRUITMENT INTO IMMIGRATION, CIVIL DEFENCE, FIRE, CORRECTIONAL SERVICES

The Federal Ministry of Interior has announced the commencement of recruitment into four of its major paramilitary agencies, beginning Monday, July 14, 2025.

The affected agencies include:

• Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
• Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
• Nigeria Fire Service (NFS)
• Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS)

In a public notice issued by the Ministry, interested and qualified Nigerians are encouraged to apply online via the official recruitment portal: recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.

Applicants are also advised to visit the Ministry of Interior’s official website for detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, application procedures, and other relevant guidelines.

The Ministry emphasized that the application process is free and transparent, urging all candidates to beware of fraudulent agents or unofficial platforms.

The recruitment drive is part of ongoing efforts by the Federal Government to strengthen internal security and enhance the capacity of its paramilitary institutions.
